Enough is a design decision

Every project presents opportunities to add another layer, feature, phrase, or interaction. Restraint is not the absence of ambition—it is the choice to protect the part that already works.

When a composition is clear, I am trying to let it stay clear. The work gets stronger when it is not made to explain itself twice.
